Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposit:
• $99 deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Installments / balance paid:
• Installments paid are refundable before the balance-due date (minus the non-refundable deposit).
• 50% refund available between the balance-due date and 14 days before departure.
• No refunds after 14 days before departure.

Example (Cartagena 2026, $1,499 single occupancy paid in full):
• Request before October 15, 2026 → $1,400 refund.
• Request between October 15 — November 5, 2026 → $700 refund.
• Request after November 5, 2026 → $0 refund.

Why?
Trip Society secures group pricing and commits funds to hotels, vendors, and transport providers far in advance. Refunds are limited and subject to the schedule above.

Roommate clause:
If you become a single guest by the balance-due date (no roommate booked), you are responsible for paying the single-occupancy rate. Non-payment may result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
