Guest Waiver & Release of Liability

By attending any Trip Society experience, you agree:

I understand travel and recreational activities involve risks including injury, illness, or loss.

Activities may include:
• vans / buses / transportation
• nightlife and alcohol
• ATV riding
• boat / party boat
• excursions
• hotels
• third-party vendors

I voluntarily assume all risks.

I release Trip Society, its owners, and staff from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation.

Trip Society acts only as an organizer and does not operate hotels, vehicles, boats, or excursions.

I am responsible for:
• my own safety
• my belongings
• medical insurance
• travel insurance

Trip Society may remove guests for unsafe or illegal behavior without refund.

NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Guest understands that Trip Society experiences are not all-inclusive resort packages. Lodging and scheduled events are included; however, meals, beverages, airfare, personal expenses, and incidental costs are the sole responsibility of the guest.
Guest agrees that misunderstandings regarding "all-inclusive" services are not grounds for refund or chargeback.
